Qualifications for returns
Most products are returnable within 20 days of delivery. Your item must fulfill the following requirements in order to be returned:
Unopened & Unused Products: Every item needs to be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals still in place. We are unable to accept returns for opened or used vape items due to health and safety concerns.
Items that are Damaged or Defective: Please get in touch with us right away if you receive a product that is wrong, damaged, or defective. We’ll be happy to replace the item or give you a complete refund.
Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges require a valid order number or receipt.
Items that are non refundable
Please be aware that the following products cannot be exchanged or refunded:
used or opened e-liquids, disposables, or vape pens.
items bought from a third-party shop (please get in touch with them directly).
Clearance or sale products.
How to Begin a Return To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these straightforward steps:

Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged or defective, kindly include a photo of the item. Obtain Your RMA Number:
Our team will assess your request and, if it is approved, will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions for returning your item. Send the Product:
Carefully package the item and place your RMA number inside the box. Ship the package to the address that our support team provides.
Processing Time and Refunds
We will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied when we receive and examine your returned item.
